COVID-19 Protocols and Guidelines:

JSN Vaccination Protocol for In-Person Events: In consideration of the common good, only those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 may attend JSN events and meetings. Given the many places from which our constituents come, we believe this is a faithful response to Jesus’ command to love our neighbor as ourselves.” 

Health Guidelines: The JSN will continue to follow CDC, local area and location-specific guidelines when hosting any event.  Specific parameters regarding health and safety will be provided immediately prior to the event as well as on the JSN web site.

Pricing:

Your approximated registration fee will cover all related costs the gathering itself (including all facets of facilitating the multi-day program, meeting spaces, materials, technology, the local school visit, etc.), group meals, and your guest room, should you require one.  Please be assured that every effort will be made to keep costs as reasonable as possible while providing for a thoroughly professional event for those who attend. 

Your registration pricing options are as follows:

  • Single Occupancy – $1,600-$1,700 (participants who DO require a guest room at the hotel)
  • Commuter – $900-$950 (participants who DO NOT require a guest room at the hotel)

    Reserve Your Hotel Room

    Please read the following information carefully so as to fully understand the purpose and logistics of this important second step.

    Do not book your hotel room through any other third-party site! Doing so will cause your registration to be processed outside of our group block of rooms, and you will be charged directly for third-party hotel registrations.

    Things to know as you reserve your hotel room:

    • The JSN has secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria hotel for the cohort gathering. You will need to reserve your room using the reservation link below.
    • The Cohort Gathering dates are October 19 through October 22, 2021. Please refer to the draft agenda in the Communications and Materials tab for more details.
    • The JSN group rate is available for up to three days before and after the cohort gathering dates for early arrivals and late departures, based on hotel availability.
    • The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, September 24, 2021.
    • You will be requested to provide a credit card to hold your room, but your card will not be charged. Only incidentals will be charged upon checkout.
    • The JSN will invoice your school after the cohort gathering.
