Innovative Tech Use Policies (JVLA)

In 2014, St. Xavier High School implemented a 1:1 program. While the successes have been numerous, we were concerned by the amount of time students spend on electronic devices outside of the classroom. Our school mission challenges us to focus on developing the whole person while teaching our students how to be in relationship with each other.

This school year, we implemented a new policy that challenges our students to use devices in appropriate ways, and in appropriate spaces. This webinar will focus on the process of implementation as well as discuss the successes and challenges of this policy.
