St. Ignatius College Preparatory Announces Michelle Nevin Levine as Next Principal

Ms. Michelle Nevin Levine will serve as St. Ignatius College Preparatory’s 16th principal beginning July 1, 2019. She will replace current principal Patrick Ruff, who is stepping down after 11 years of service to the school.

Ms. Levine has been on staff at SI since 1995 and currently serves as the Director of Counseling. In her 24 years at SI, she has been a College Counselor, a Personal and Academic Counselor, and also served as the Dean of Students for nine years. Ms. Levine was instrumental in designing and implementing SI’s Wellness Program in 2010 and has been the school’s Crisis Response Team Leader for 13 years. In addition, she has taught AP Psychology, has served on the Admissions Committee, led immersion trips and retreats at all levels, and has been a member of the Faculty and Staff Salary and Benefits Committee.
