Position Description:

Job outline: The Help Desk Technician will work closely with the Assistant System Administrator for Level 2 tech support and in planning for and preparing systems across campus. Additional responsibilities include supporting Jesuit High School’s 1:1 iPad program.

Requirements:

·       Possess a diverse set of skills, including strong problem solving ability, initiative, and a patient demeanor for working with end users.

•      Bachelor’s Degree or in progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
