Pricing:
Your approximated registration fee will cover all related costs the gathering itself (including all facets of facilitating the multi-day program, meeting spaces, materials, technology, the local school visit, etc.), group meals, and your guest room, should you require one. Please be assured that every effort will be made to keep costs as reasonable as possible while providing for a thoroughly professional event for those who attend.
Your approximated registration pricing options are as follows:
- Single Occupancy – $1,400 (participants who DO require a guest room at the hotel)
- Commuter – $650 (participants who DO NOT require a guest room at the hotel)

Asynchronous and ongoing conversations and resource access are available within the newly created Educate Magis Academics Group. To join this group:
- Ensure that you have an account established at Educate Magis.
- Once you are logged in, you can request membership within the JSN Academics Conversation Group. You will receive an email once your membership is confirmed.
Event Registration
Please register by September 22, 2023.
The registration fee for the 2023 Presidents & Board Chairs ICG is $1,100, which covers all related costs of the gathering (including all facets of facilitating the multi-day program, group meals, companionship, meeting spaces, materials, technology, the local school visit, etc.).
The JSN will invoice your school for the registration fee after the ICG.
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee and will be billed directly to the participant by the hotel. Once you have completed the registration form, please visit the Hotel Reservation tab to book your hotel room.

Our meetings will take place at the Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile. Participants are responsible for booking their rooms at the JSN Group Rate of $199/night (plus state and local taxes). Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee and will be billed directly to the participant by the hotel.

Things to know as you reserve your hotel room:
- The JSN has secured a block of rooms at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile for the cohort gathering.
- The Ignatian Colleague Gathering dates are Tuesday, October 17 to Friday, October 20, 2023.
- There is an orientation programming session scheduled for all new Presidents (first and second years) during the day on Tuesday, October 17. Participants should arrive on Monday, October 16. While there is no additional fee for the orientation session, participants should add an additional day to their hotel reservation. Please refer to the draft agenda in the Communications & Materials tab for more details.
- The JSN group rate is available for up to three days before and after the Ignatian Colleagues Gathering dates for early arrivals and late departures, based on hotel availability.
- You will be requested to provide a credit card to reserve your room.
